My name is Kristine Anne Nique-Mercado. I help businesses elevate their digital presence and grow by providing effective digital marketing solutions and administrative support based in this nice city of  Christchurch, New Zealand.

Originally from the Philippines, I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Information Technology in 2009.  I was making a move towards a career in the Tech industry when I took a detour to explore Digital Marketing that same year. From there, I learned the basics in SEO, Google Analytics, and Social Media Management. I was introduced to Freelancing in 2011 and I spent a few years collaborating with different business owners in these different industries including Customer Support, which has been a staple role for me as I’ve worked with wonderful clients over the years. 

In 2015 and up to this year (2024), I had opportunities working with real estate agencies and brokerages where I have provided my knowledge and skills in helping clients elevate their businesses with Bespoke Marketing—providing full-range of marketing services that fits their specific needs.

Navigating the Digital Marketing space is not easy, but it’s fun. I find joy in learning how a small business can scale with the help of modern technology, and more so now with AI. My passion to learn things involving Technology still continues. I’m continually learning and acquiring better skills which I know would add more value as I’m providing my services to anyone I collaborate with. I find joy in helping a business run in the backend and find fulfillment in seeing clients’ issues resolved.

I am currently based in New Zealand with my loving husband which is very exciting for me. I am looking forward to learning the culture here, knowing the trends, meeting lots of people, trying out great foods, and most of all, enjoying the beauty of nature this beautiful country has to offer.
